It is the opinion of the webmaster here at ovindex.com that the status of this project is as follows:
Baard Energy lacks adequate investors for the project.
Money that has been spent thus far is mostly from Government grants to help them along.
Having worked the building trades for some years I can tell you a few things to watch for to know
some commitment has been made are when you see these things
needed in the beginning of a construction operation of this size:
"Land Clearing / Leveling for staging area", "Temporary Electric Runs for Workforce and Offices"
The first major work will be all dirt, pipeline and electric work and dirt work/excavation could take
more than 6 months before anyone starts to build anything.
Just a heads-up in the case you are betting anything on this project.
